HyCare Solutions is a health-tech startup transforming infection prevention and control across African healthcare systems through smart and impactful solutions.
Founded in early 2025 in Rwanda (Tuzza) by Dr. Betelehem Berhanu and Desta Syoum through the Jasiri Talent Investor programme, supported by Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies, and legally registered in Ethiopia in July 2025 as a manufacturing PLC. Combining clinical expertise and technical innovation,we develop scalable healthcare solutions to empower professionals, improve hygiene compliance, and enhance patient safety.
HyCare solutions actively collaborates with hospitals, clinics, and health authorities to implement technology-enabled infection control strategies, monitor performance, and continuously optimize practices for safer healthcare delivery. Looking forward, we aim to scale our solutions across East Africa and beyond, helping health systems become more accountable, efficient, and responsive to both healthcare professionals and patients.
